Yorkshire Coast Path

This page describes the Yorkshire Coast Path between Hull and Saltburn.

Filey Brigg: - the upper east coast is formed by a series of headlands and broad bays. Many of the headlands were settled in prehistoric times, though the North Sea is slowly eating away the land - as here at Filey Brigg.

This is not an official long distance path - though the northern section (north of Filey) is coincident with the Cleveland Way (see references below).
