There is a dedicated page for each long distance path and the plan is to add a sub page for each stage.
Wainwright used the "Coast to Coast" path as an example, for others to follow, demonstrating that it is possible for anyone to create a new path from the existing network of rights of way and common/access land.
The paths marked (*) above are such creations - there is no official path for these routes but a long distance path can be engineered from existing routes and paths. Perhaps the English Coast Path will one day included some of these paths.
